MEDICAID PATIENTS
Effective March 1, 2012, you will be in the Medicaid STAR program.
IF YOU ARE OUR PATIENT YOU WILL NEED TO:
· Pick either FirstCare STAR or Superior HealthPlan as your Medical Plan
The Professional Association for Pediatrics is NOT participating with Amerigroup.
· Pick one of our Doctors as your Main Doctor
The Primary Care Provider or Main Doctor MUST BE SELECTED or Medicaid STAR will pick one for you. Services will not be provided to you if we are not your PCP.
There will be an informational event on Saturday, January 14th, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at 1002 Cherry St., Abilene
